EVP3030 is the full system for making thin films
or metalize objects under Vacuum.
Many materials can be used to produce high quality
films on substrates.
In a compact, Full High, metal frame the EVP3030 include :
- TURBO pump with FULL informative Controller
- Rough Pump with high pumping speed
- Thickness monitor with shutter
- Pirani - Cold Plasma Vacuum measuring unit
with controller
- Turbo pump protection well
- substrate holder
- Thermal source heating system ( High Power )
- Safety interlocks
- Full system control.
Maximum evaporation temperature is 1800 Celsius.
Fine control
of the temperature achieved by controlling
the current that drives the thermal source.
So we evaporate organic materials with low
temperature.
The films are of very high quality and uniformity with very strong
contact on the substrate.
Evaporation of
different type of materials like gold, silver,
aluminum, chromium and others is straight forward.
Options include thickness monitor, shutter,
substrate heater, multiple sources , SS chamber, choise of rough
pump.
